Once the cost estimate is completed we lock it to prevent further modifications.
A locked board can still be opened but the changes cannot be saved.
To create a new version of the cost estimate we duplicate it.
There are two ways to duplicate a board: either the full content is copied (Board) or the columns headers and items only (Template).
After some processing the duplicated board is available.
In this new board we will update the quantities by duplicating the column.
A message asks us if we want to simply copy the same viewpoints or if we want to check for new versions of the model so that we update the quantities.
We now see what quantities have changed in one click.
