In this last video of the Getting started module, we will see together several use cases of the boards.

The first example that we investigated was the cost estimate.

This initial work can be used as a basis for the monthly statements. 

Every month we create a new board for a monthly statement.

In this board we use three columns to have the total quantities, the cumulative quantities of the last month and of the current month.

On the right we have added some comments and photos to communicate transparently.

Finally we use formula columns to add the progress status and additional financial information.

The next use case shows an inventory of building floor areas.

Every surface area is calculated from the space view mode in Kabandy.

Then additional information is added for the finishing (type, note, technical sheets).

In the last example we review the quality of the model information.

One specific rule is applied for every item. These rules are defined in a ruleset template and will be explained in an advanced course.
